12/31/05 - Married

End of the Summer of '08 - After much prayer and research we Set a target start date for Ukrainian Adoption

6/30/09 - Contacted Ukrainian Angels founder Cathy Harris about Independent adoption.

7/1/09 - Started filling out our I600A from USCIS

7/10/09 - First Home study Appointment with Patti our Social Worker

7/23/09 - Found out we were pregnant with Chandler

8/16/09 - Second Home study Appointment

8/22/09 - Last Home study Appointment

8/23/09 - Mailed in our I600A to USCIS

9/18/09 - USCIS fingerprinting taken in Jackson, MS

10/15/09 - 1st portion of Dossier was Notarized and Apostilled

10/16/09 - 1st portion Dossier was sent to Ukraine SDA to be translated by our facilitator Kostya

10/26/09 - Requested later submission date for Dossier submission to SDA

10/30/09 - Received submission date for Dossier (June 24, 2010) from SDA

3/16/10 - Chandler Grace Williams born! 6 lbs 15 oz.

5/13/10 - Fedex Dossier to Ukraine for our facilitator to translate and submit to SDA

6/24/10 - Dossier was submitted to SDA in Ukraine!!!!

7/9/10 - Received SDA Appointment date (Aug 5)

8/5/10 - 1st SDA Appointment

8/12/10 - 2nd SDA Appointment

8/13/10 - Fly home/Work/Get ready for 3rd visit

9/1/10 - 3rd and final SDA. Take referal on M

9/2/10 - Ride overnight train to M's region

9/3/10 - See M and know this is our daughter. Begin Adoption paperwork.

9/6/10 - Judge out on Vaca have to return home

9/21/10 - Receive email possible court fly same day

9/24/10 - Court Date - Legal parents to Ayla Marina Williams

10/4/10 - 10 Day waiting period is done begin changing paperwork.
10/16/10 - Homecoming in Ruston, LA.
